Substitute different 3' balloons with messages and colors to create perfect gifts for showers, weddings, new babies, and even birthdays! Helium: About 15 cu. ft. Ingredients: 1 3' "Just Married Flowers-A-Round™" Diamond Clear Latex Balloon 4 5" Pearl Sea Green Latex Balloons #40 White Qualatex MasterBow® Glimmer Sheer Wired Edge Ribbon White Qualatex® BalloonRibbon™ SUPER HI-FLOAT™ Balloon Flight Extender Monofilament (Fishing) Line Balloon Net Plush Bride & Groom Tulle Pearl Strands Basket Weight

Preparation:

1. Fully inflate a 3' balloon with helium.
2. Tie the balloon to weighted Qualatex BalloonRibbon and drop the weight in the basket.
3. Air inflate two of the 5" balloons to about 3" and tie together to make a duplet. Make a second duplet and twist the two duplets together to make a cluster. Wrap the cluster onto the neck of the 3' balloon by separating two of the balloons in the cluster and twisting those two balloons together.
4. Accent the 5" balloon "collar" with a tulle bow.
5. Cover the 3' balloon with the net. Tie the net ribbons to the basket and cut off the excess.
6. Remove the weighted ribbon, and add the plush bride and groom and a weight to the basket.
7. Decorate the basket with tulle and pearl strands.
