Helium: About 15 cu. ft. Ingredients: 1 3' "Smile Face" Yellow Latex Balloon 3 5" "Smile Face" Yellow Latex Balloons 1 ea. 260Q Emerald Green, Quartz Purple, & Mandarin Orange Latex Balloons #40 "Smile Face/Yellow" Qualatex MasterBow® Poly Ribbon Qualatex® BalloonRibbon™ SUPER HI-FLOAT™ Balloon Flight Extender Anchor

Preparation:

1. Make a curly Emerald Green 260Q, leaving about 1 1/2" uninflated: Fully inflate the balloon with air then let out the air to stretch the balloon. Wrap the balloon around a cylindrical object, stretching it a little as you go and making sure not to wrinkle or twist the balloon. Air inflate the balloon while holding it around the cylinder, and tie.
2. Repeat for the Quartz Purple and Mandarin Orange 260Qs.
3. Air inflate a 5" balloon and tie to the knotted end of a Curly 260Q.
4. Make two 1" Pinch Twists in the 260Q below the 5" balloon. To make a pinch twist, create a bubble. To make a bubble, pinch the balloon and twist it several times. Move down farther and make another twist, making sure to twist in the same direction both times. Loop your index finger under the bubble. Grasp the sides of the bubble with your thumb and index finger, and stretch it up until you can pinch the twists together. Remove your index finger, and twist the pinched bubble at least three times in one direction to secure it.
5. Repeat with the remaining 5" and 260Q balloons.
6. Helium inflate the 3' balloon and attach to an anchor with BalloonRibbon.
7. Tie the uninflated portions of the curly balloons together, then wrap them around the 3' balloon knot.
8. Tether a length of #40 poly ribbon to the 3' balloon with a piece of BalloonRibbon, then attach to the anchor with BalloonRibbon or cool glue.
9. Make two 10" bows from the #40 poly ribbon, and tie to the 3' balloon's knot, one in front and one in back.
