Ingredients: 1 16" "A Smile & A Kiss" Latex Balloon (42763) 4 6" Ruby Red Latex Heart Balloons (43647) 1 Ruby Red 350Q Latex Balloon (44048) SUPER HI-FLOAT™ Balloon Flight Extender Qualatex Hand Air Inflator Helium:1.5cu.ft. Scissors Balloon Weight

Preparation:

1. Inflate the 350Q with air, leaving approx. 2" uninflated, and tie it to a balloon weight.
2. Helium inflate the 16" "A Smile & A Kiss" balloon, and tie it to the other end of the 350Q.
3. Air inflate two 6" Heart balloons to the same size, and tie them together.
4. Make another pair the same size, and twist the two pairs together. This creates a "cluster."
5. Separate two of the balloons in the cluster and push the cluster's center into the knot between the 16" and the 350Q. To secure, twist together the two balloons that were separated.
