Helium: About 15 cu. ft.
Ingredients:
- 1 3' "Stars-A-Round™" Sapphire Blue Latex Balloon
- #9 Ruby Red Qualatex MasterBow® Poly Ribbon
- #9 Silver Qualatex MasterBow Poly Ribbon
- Qualatex® BalloonRibbon™
- SUPER HI-FLOAT™ Balloon Flight Extender
- Balloon Basket & Net
- Metallic Star Garland
- Metallic Papers
- Weight

Preparation:
- Fully inflate a 3' balloon with helium.
- Tie the balloon to weighted Qualatex BalloonRibbon and drop the weight
in the basket.
- Cover the balloon with the net. Tie the net ribbons to the basket
and cut off the excess.
- Fill the basket with metallic papers.
- Remove the weighted ribbon, add a gift or weight to the basket, and
decorate the net with ribbons.
- Accent the outside of the basket with the star garland.
