Ingredients: 2 18" "Heavenly Baby Shower" Microfoil® Balloons 1 9" "Crescent Moon" Metallic Gold Microfoil Balloon 2 4" Metallic Gold Microfoil Star Balloons 1 16" Pale Blue Latex Balloon 3 11" "Heavenly Baby Shower" Pastel Assortment Latex Balloons 1 16" Rose GEO Donut® Latex Balloon 10 5" White Latex Balloons 1 260Q Citrine Yellow Latex Balloon #9 "Pastel Hearts & Stars" Qualatex MasterBow® Poly Ribbon Qualatex® BalloonRibbon™ Qualatex Balloon Marker Monofilament (Fishing) Line Cool Glue Fishing Weight

Preparation:

1. To make the pacifier: Air inflate the 260Q balloon, leaving 1" uninflated. Bring the ends together, and tie. Helium inflate the 16" balloon. Pull the 16" neck through the hole of the uninflated GEO Donut balloon. Tie the neck of the 16" balloon to the knot in the 260Q balloon. Helium inflate the GEO® balloon and knot. Attach the Qualatex BalloonRibbon to the knot of the GEO balloon.
2. To make the cloud: Air inflate two of the 5" balloons to various sizes and tie together to make a duplet. Make a second duplet and twist the two duplets together to make a cluster. Continue twisting in duplets to achieve the desired effect.
3. Tie the weight into the cloud.
4. Write the new baby's name on the "Crescent Moon" balloon with Qualatex Balloon Marker. Air inflate and heat seal the two 4" Stars and the "Crescent Moon," and glue to the cloud. Accent the base of the moon balloon with a bow.
5. Add helium balloons.
