Ingredients: 3 16" (41cm) "Father’s Day Fun Assortment" Assorted Jewel Latex Balloons (49244) 6 6" (15cm) Latex Heart Balloons 3 260Q Latex Balloons Qualatex BalloonRibbon Qualatex Hand Air Inflator Helium: About 1.5 cu. ft. (.042 cu. m) per 16" balloon Weight

Preparation:

1. Helium inflate the 16" balloon and tie to BalloonRibbon.
2. Air inflate two 6" latex Hearts to same size and tie together.
3. Air inflate a 260Q balloon to 4?\" (10cm), knot both ends, and cut off excess.
4. Wrap the 260Q around the intersection of the 6" Hearts and tie.
5. Attach the "bow tie" to the 16" balloon using the BalloonRibbon already tied to the 16" balloon.
6. Repeat for each 16" balloon.
