Ingredients: 1 - 3" "Valentine's Superscript" Latex Heart Balloon (43168) 4 - 6" Rose Latex Heart Balloons (43646) Qualatex MasterBow Ribbon "Etched Hearts/White #40 Poly (47922) Qualatex Balloon Ribbon 3/16" x 1,000 yds. Ruby Red (47027) Super Hi-Float Balloon Flight Extender Qualatex Hand Air Inflator Helium: 7 cu ft Scissors Anchor

Preparation:

1. Helium inflate the 3" latex Heart balloon.
2. Cut desired length of #40 poly ribbon. Using the 3/16" Qualatex Balloon Ribbon, tie one end of the #40 ribbon to the 3" balloon's neck. Attach the other end loan appropriate balloon anchor.
3. Air inflate two 6" Heart balloons to the same size, and tie them together.
4. Make another pair the same size, and twist the two pairs together. This creates a "cluster."
5. Separate two of the balloons in the cluster and push the cluster's center onto
   the knot of the 3' balloon's neck. To secure, twist together the two balloons that were separated.
