Ingredients: 1 - 9" (23cm) "Birthday Bouquet" Microfoil® Balloon 38098 #9 Ruby Red Qualatex MasterBow™ Poly Ribbon 46955 1 - 11 oz. "Bouquet" Qualatex® Coordinates Ceramic Mug 38125 1 - 7" (18cm) CUP-N-STICK® Balloon Holder 47742 Qualatex Hand Air Inflator Plastic Foam Cool Glue

Preparation:

1. Cool glue a piece of plastic foam into the bottom of the mug.
2. Air inflate the balloon and attach to a CUP-N-STICK balloon holder.
3. Insert the balloon holder into the plastic foam so the bottom of the balloon is about 1" from the top of the mug. Note: You will have to cut off some of the stick.
4. Make a Ruby Red bow and tie it around the balloon holder between the mug and balloon.
