Ingredients: Helium: About 5.5 cu. ft. 1 - 26" (66cm) "Halloween Tombstone" Microfoil Balloon 53090 3 - 16" (41cm) "Dancing Skeletons" Onyx Black Latex Balloons 53115 #40 "Dancing Skeletons/Black" Qualatex MasterBow™ Poly Ribbon 53017 #40 Purple Qualatex MasterBow Lacquered Ribbon 37319 Qualatex® BalloonRibbon™ 6" (15cm) Tile Square Adhesive Balloon Tab

Preparation:

1. Make a 12" (30cm) bow using both the Purple lacquered and "Dancing Skeletons/Black" ribbon. Attach bow to the top of the tile.
2. Attach an adhesive balloon tab inside of the bow.
3. Helium inflate all balloons, attach to BalloonRibbon, and tie each balloon to the balloon tab.
