Ingredients:

1 35" "Smilin' Sun" Microfoil® Shape Balloon
2 18" "Super Assistant" Microfoil Balloons
#40 "Daisies & Ladybugs/White" Qualatex MasterBowT Poly Ribbon
#9 Citrine Yellow Qualatex MasterBow Poly Ribbon
Citrine Yellow Qualatex® BalloonRibbonT
Ceramic Tile
Foam
Floral Pick
Cool Glue

Preparation:

1) For the base, create a 16" bow using the #40 and #9 ribbon. Glue the weight to a small piece of floral foam. Glue base of bow to the top of the foam.

2) Helium inflate the three Microfoil balloons, attach each separately to a floral pick, and insert into foam at an angle. (Note: Do not insert pick straight up and down into foam. The lift of the balloon may cause pick to pull out.)
