Preparation:

1. To make a large Ladybug, glue an underinflated 5" Onyx Black latex balloon to the 18" Microfoil Heart. Draw dots on with a black paint marker.
2. Make a bow with the #9 ribbon and attach it to the ceramic tile.
3. To make the small Ladybugs, air inflate the 4" Hearts and seal.
4. Fully inflate a 260Q, twist the balloon 1" from the tip, release the remaining air, and tie.
5. Glue the 260Q to a 4" Heart and draw on spots.
6. Glue a small brick of plastic foam to the ceramic tile, and glue bow to the foam as a base.
7. Insert the Heart into a balloon holder, and push the holder into the foam.
