Preparation:

1. To make a Pinwheel, air inflate two 260Qs and tie them together through the
   holes in a 6" GEO Blossom balloons.
2. Then air inflate the GEO Blossom balloons and tie them together through the hole in the 16" GEO Blossom balloon.
3. Helium inflate the larger balloon, and twist the 6" GEO Blossom balloons to get a pinwheel effect.
4. Turn the 16" GEO Blossom balloon on its side, and attach an adhesive balloon tab to the bottom.
5. Thread BalloonRibbon through the tab to secure.
6. To make the base, sponge paint the terra-cotta saucer with red paint, then glue shred to the base.
7. Thread coil wire through tubular ribbon and arrange in a spiral pattern.
8. Tie Citrine Yellow ribbon to the 4" Hearts by rolling the ribbon up in the nozzle roll, then tie the balloons to the tubing.
