Preparation:

1. For the base, glue a small piece of foam to the top of the tile. Glue the base of pull bow to the tile.
2. Air inflate and heat seal the 9” Gold Heart balloon, attach to the Cup N Stick balloon holder, then insert into the foam.
3. Helium inflate remaining balloons, attach to Balloon Ribbon, then attach to floral picks. Insert picks into foam and glue to secure.
4. Make balloon “Ting Ting” and insert into foam. To make balloon Ting Ting, bend the ends of an 18 guage wire to make loops, then tape the ends with florist tape to protect the balloons. Insert the wire into a 260Q and stretch the balloon down over the wire. Pull your fingers down the balloon to squeeze out any air, pull the balloon over the wire end and knot. Position the knot centrally against the looped end.
