Ingredients: 2 18" "Valentine's Hearts & Circles" Microfoil Hearts 75915 1 18" "Valentine's Daisy & Ladybugs" Microfoil Heart 70037 2 18" Ruby Red Microfoil Hearts 23769 2 16" White GEO Blossom® Latex Balloons 39752 4 6" White Latex Hearts 43651 5 5" Ruby Red Latex Balloons 43601 Qualatex BalloonRibbon & Cool Glue Ceramic Tile & Shred Adhesive Balloon Tab

Preparation:

1. To make a GEO Blossom® balloon flower, under inflate two 5" Rounds.
2. Tie the two balloons together through the hole in the uninflated GEO Blossom balloon.
3. Inflate the GEO Blossom balloon with helium.
4. To make the base, attach the adhesive balloon tab to the tile and glue shred to the tile.
5. Helium inflate the remaining balloons in the bouquet, and tie to the tab with BalloonRibbon.
6. Make a 4-balloon cluster with the 6" White Hearts and wrap around the BalloonRibbon to secure.
7. Under inflate a 5" Ruby Red balloon and glue it on top of the Hearts to hide mechanics.
