This Creepy Count balloon idea makes for frightfully fun party favors and decor!

Ingredients: 1 - 16" "Smile Face Dracula" Latex Balloon 2 - 5" Onyx Black Latex Balloons 2 - 5" Ruby Red Latex Balloons Qualatex® BalloonRibbonT Qualatex Hand Air Inflator Helium Weight

Preparation:

1) Helium inflate the 16" balloon, tie to a length of BalloonRibbon, and attach to a weight.

2) Fully air inflate the Onyx Black balloons and tie together to make a duplet.

3) Air inflate the Ruby Red balloons to 3", then tie together to make a second duplet. (NOTE: To maintain color clarity, fully inflate the balloon, then force the air into the top of the balloon by squeezing it while letting it partially deflate. Twist the balloon several times below the inflated portion to hold the air in, then knot the balloon.)

4) Twist the two duplets together to make a cluster. Wrap the cluster onto the BalloonRibbon just below the 16" balloon, then wrap the BalloonRibbon around the cluster several times to secure.
